You know that fascinated-but-also-deeply-weirded-out feeling you get when you stumble across an old picture of your parents that proves they had a life before you?

And how the less parental they are in said picture, the more deeply weird it is to put your eyes on (but also the more impossible it is to look away)? TikTok is collectively experiencing that vibe right now, but with Prince William and Kate Middleton instead of our actual relatives.

At this point, Will and Kate are very, very settled down (like, three kids, more than a decade of marriage, and setting the tone for the future of the monarchy settled down).

Before they were the very composed and responsible Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, however, Will and Kate partied—and TikTok has discovered/become obsessed with the receipts that prove it.

A TikTok photo montage of Will and Kate's wilder days that's making the rounds currently has more than 4 million views (and it deserves each and every one).

The clip includes pictures of Will and Kate getting sweaty on the dance floor, piling into multiple backseats after multiple late nights out, and generally being very relatable twenty-somethings.

For anyone who doesn't know their love story by heart, Will and Kate met in college and dated off-and-on for years before deciding they were ready to walk down the aisle.

'When I first met Kate, I knew there was something very special about her, and then I knew there was possibly something I wanted to explore there, but we ended up being friends for a while," Will explained during their official engagement interview in 2010.

'That was a good sort of foundation. I do genuinely believe now that being friends with [each other] is a massive advantage.'

And the fact that they were photographed during some of that college era dating/partying is a massive advantage for royal fans everywhere. Win-win.
