Fans Are Demanding to Know When 'The Real' Will Start Airing New Episodes Again
The Real fans are currently missing their favorite talk show. Shortly after Tamera Mowry-Housley announced her departure, viewers noticed that the Daytime Emmy-nominated series went MIA. Instead of being left to wonder, many took to Instagram to directly ask the show when it would be returning with new episodes.
“When will new episodes air??? Over the re runs and honestly about to stop watching cause we bored 😑,” one person wrote. “What happened to the 'live' shows from their houses?” another added, referring to The Real From Home.
As folks may know, Tamera, Adrienne Houghton, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love began filming remotely in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. But as of late, re-runs have been airing.
So, what happened to The Real talk show?
The Real is currently on a summer hiatus. Longtime fans are familiar with this schedule and have been leading discussions in the comments section for those with questions.

“Is this going to be the new season?!!” a follower said. “Is the show still going to air???” another asked. “Y’all realize they are on summer break? Most talks show are at this time,” a fan wrote. “It’s always reruns this time of year.. they usually resume in September,” a different person wrote.
Back in January 2018, Deadline reported that Fox renewed the syndicated talk show for two more seasons, which would run through 2020. While The Real hasn’t confirmed a fall return date, there’s a good chance it will be back soon.
In the meantime, others are taking this as an opportunity to get all caught up. “Time to catch up on these episodes I missed ❤️❤️❤️,” a viewer said.
