Marc Jacobs got a facelift — and fans love how honest he's been about it.

The 58-year-old designer recently took to Instagram to reveal that he had undergone plastic surgery and would be recovering with the help of oxygen therapy.

He shared a photo, seemingly not long after the procedure, with his head wrapped in gauze, and an additional snap of him inside the hyperbaric chamber.

"Getting my oxygen on," he wrote to his more than 1.6 million followers.

The designer's posts were met with supportive comments, praising his transparency, and applauding him for challenging the stigma that surrounds cosmetic surgeries.

"Thank you so much for being so honest. People can be so judgemental about plastic surgery, but at the end of the day it's for you and your confidence. If you're happy then the people who truly support you will also be happy for you! I'm sure you're gonna look SNATCHED after this heals. Too snatched to hear the haters," one Instagram user wrote.

"The transparency is everything! Snatch it darling! Happy healing," another commented.

"Even when you're recovering you're turning a look. Could have been the base for one of your runway looks this season. You amaze me always," someone else added.

"My favourite part of the comments are the sweet people who are asking if something is wrong. Little do they know soon somethings going to be very, very high and tight and right," wrote another.

"You're gonna look so good once you're healed up! Don't you dare listen to any haters that try to chime in about this. You deserve to feel fierce!" added another.

On Monday, Jacobs gave his followers an update on his recovery. "Day 6. Bruised, sore, and super swollen. Off to see @drjacono and then my session in the hyperbaric chamber," he captioned his selfie.

According to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy website, the treatment is "an all-natural, non-invasive treatment where a patient simply breathes 100% medical-grade oxygen at an increased atmospheric pressure." The pure oxygen makes for a faster, more successful recovery.
