Khloe Kardashian shared a photo to Instagram on Thursday that has some fans puzzled. With her long, layered blonde tresses coiffed to perfection and her makeup immaculately applied, Kardashian can be seen smiling into the camera while cuddling a little brown puppy.

“How cute is this little tater tot? Puppy Love,” the 33-year-old reality star, who is rumoured to be pregnant with her first child, captioned alongside the photo.

But fans couldn’t help but notice that something was slightly off with the photo.

“I had to zoom in on the picture, I didn’t know who it was,” one fan wrote, before her followers quickly zeroed in on her nose.

“Oh no…. what happened to your nose?” one fan questioned. “I really hope you didn’t get your nose done,” another stated.

“Your nose @khloekardashian. Please don’t get anything else done your so perfect…” one fan stated, hinting that the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star had surgery done.

“She’s fixed up her face so much I didn’t even know that was her,” another fan admitted.

Another follower explained that the perfect nose is solely the result of expert contouring.

“New nose contour. She rounded the tip instead of just contouring the sides and bottom. Interesting.”

Contouring or not, her followers couldn’t help but notice how beautiful she looked:

“I thought you were gorgeous @khloekardashian, but you just keep getting prettier and prettier,” one fan stated. “How does that even happen when yesterday I was just thinking this woman can’t get any prettier?”

“Stoppppp, are you kidding? The most beautiful Kardashian @khloekardashian has evolved.”

Kardashian posted another photo on Friday promoting her Good American velvet bodysuits — and fans seemed delighted that her nose looked perfectly normal (and still beautiful).
