Stanley Tucci is sharing his love of food once again, and he hopes fans enjoy it.

On Tuesday, the 60-year-old actor and Searching for Italy host introduced the world to his new book, a memoir titled Taste: My Life Through Food. In celebration of his exciting project, which details how food has impacted every part of his life, Stanley shared a hilarious two-minute clip on Instagram featuring bloopers.

“📙 My new book TASTE: my life through food is out TODAY in the US (Thursday in the U.K.) and now my outtakes are out too,” he wrote. “Thank you so much to those that pre ordered. It really does mean a lot and I hope you enjoy. Xx ST ps. Tag me if you make any of the recipes from the book!”

After watching Stanley laugh at himself while trying to explain what he was doing in the kitchen and making jokes with his wife, Felicity Blunt, fans took to the comments section to tell him how happy they were for him.

“👏👏❤️❤️ ordered! Can’t wait to try the recipes,” one person wrote. “Congrats!!! Great work as always ❤️👨🍳,” another added. “So darn funny. Love ❤️ your books. Watching this just made my day. 😂,” a different fan said. “Starting the day with Stanley and a big smile after watching this!! 😍,” a follower commented.

While promoting his third book, Stanley also took over Barnes and Nobles official Instagram Story to give readers a first look at his memoir. The Hunger Games star read the introduction and revealed that it was his 1996 dramedy film Big Night which “heightened” his passion for food after growing up in an Italian-American family, who had a focus on home-prepped meals.

Stanley says the film, which is about two brothers trying to keep their restaurant in business, “catapulted [him] into places, relationships and experiences" he never thought he’d have.” Apart from writing two cookbooks and hosting his own CNN docuseries, food, Stanley say,s is "what ultimately brought me and my wife, Felicity, together."

Be right back, just grabbing a tissue and Stanley’s new book.
