Boat and Debris Carried Down River as Hurricane Surge Hits Naples

A boat came loose from its moorings and floodwaters began inundating parts of Naples, Florida, on Wednesday, September 28, as Hurricane Ian approached as a Category 4 storm, packing sustained winds of 155 mph and gusts up to 200 mph.
