By now, most people have heard the lewd comments made by Donald Trump back in 2005. And while the presidential candidate has apologized for his words, one mom was not satisfied.

Enraged by what she heard on the video, Emily Robinson felt she had to act. When her husband handed her a Trump campaign mailer over the weekend, she took the opportunity to make her statement.

“Yes I did,” she writes in a Facebook post .

The post features a picture of the mailer as well as a separate letter to Trump, which reads, “Dear Mr. Trump. I’m not able to mail you my actual p—-, so I’ve included the next best thing.”

Taped to the letter is a chunk of Robinson’s pubic hair.

While the post certainly gained some traction with Facebook users — it’s been shared 340 times with more than 1,400 likes — Robinson hopes the attention serves a greater purpose.

“Respectfully, all you fathers out there who are taking this opportunity to reflect on these very serious issues and beginning comments with ‘as a father with daughters..’ Please pause,” she says in another post on her Facebook page.

“Begin these conversations first with your sons. Boys need to hear about sexism more than girls do. We already know. We already understand. It’s a way of life for us. Inform your sons and empower them to have empathy, understanding, and yes, how to be proud feminists.”

While Robinson doesn’t expect to get a response from Trump or his team, she’s still happy to have done something.

“After I did it, I drank a beer, chuckled, and felt better,” Robinson tells Scary Mommy.

And for those who claim her response is just as lewd as Trump’s comments, Robinson chooses to disagree.

“My pubes aren’t gross. They are just trimmed off, clean little hairs.”

“A man who thinks it’s okay to talk about how he grabs p—–s (in front of several other people on a bus) is way more gross than few taped down short ‘n curlies.”
