A new Chick-fil-A menu hack is going viral on TikTok — and this one comes straight from the inside.
TikToker Brooke Anderson, who claims to have previously worked at the chain, shared her insider “secrets” in a recent video. Her clip follows a recent trend on the app: Users have shared Chick-fil-A menu hacks ranging from how to save money on sandwiches to how to replicate the chain’s chicken at home.
Anderson’s video is a bit different, as it claims to share two little-known facts about the chain’s menu.

Her first reveal? Apparently, you can buy bags of ice from Chick-fil-A.
However, that news seemed to get overshadowed by Anderson’s second secret — which is that you can allegedly order a “frosted” version of any soda on the menu.
Chick-fil-A’s menu only features frosted lemonade and frosted coffee, but according to Anderson, there’s no limit on what can be turned into a frozen treat. In her clip, the TikToker orders a frosted Dr. Pepper — and seems to get one with ease.
“So many people loved the frosted Dr. Pepper, frosted Coke, frosted Fanta, frosted Powerade,” Anderson said of her time allegedly working at the chain.
TikTok users seemed mostly stunned by the news. Many shared both their excitement and surprise.
“Trying this tomorrow,” one commenter wrote.
“You had me at ice,” another added.
“Is this true?” another asked.
Some commenters, however, questioned whether or not the hack really worked. A few users claimed they’d tried to get frosted drinks and were turned down.
Still, other TikTokers — including a few other alleged Chick-fil-A workers — said Anderson’s claims were totally legit.
“Yes I love!” one user wrote. “I used to work there and got frosted sweet tea.”
