Gabi Gregg Launches Curve-Friendly Intimates Collection
If you're anything like us, you have been following Gabi Gregg, founder of Gabi Fresh, for a while now. She revolutionized bikinis for curvy women (the fat-kini), created a swimsuit line with Swimsuits for All, runs an uber popular blog, and recently launched successful clothing line Premme with pal Nicolette Mason. Now, Gregg is set to take the lingerie world by storm.
"I've been interested in designing lingerie for a while," says Gregg. "As someone who wears an HH cup, it's hard to find sexy, supportive options. I'm so sick of beige and boring, and I wanted to create statement pieces, which Playful Promises does so well. I've been so impressed with their cool options in a large range of sizes, and it felt like the right fit for my brand."
The collection includes loungewear, bras, panties, and garters all priced from $20-$46. A bargain, compared to some of the pricing for other well constructed undergarments. And the fact that this collab has pieces that are trendy and goes up to a larger size is a definite bonus.

"I wanted to start with black, strappy, and sultry. The cage-effect is one of my favorites and something I've loved for a long time, perfect for a Fall launch. I love mixing textures, so the sheer fabrics and removable strappy T-pieces were elements I knew I wanted to incorporate."
The collection is full of beautiful options a plenty but it's the woman behind the lingerie that gives it the extra ummph! "Find pieces you like and that make you feel good is first and foremost. It's hard to feel sexy or good in your skin when you're wearing underwear that make you feel like a grandma!"
So what's next for Gregg? From the sounds of it, the sky is the limit. "I'd love to do accessories, shoes, beauty...there are so many things that would be a dream to work on! At some point, I'd love love to do custom higher-end pieces!"
