• INNOVATIVE SOLUTION: LĒVO is one of the first to create and patent this one-of-a-kind product to streamline herbal infusion. When using a stovetop to create, say, a flavored oil, overcooking and potentially burning the herbs and spices is a risk due to the boiling and long simmering time required. This uses a gentler process which our Deputy Lab Director found achieves delicious, flavorful results when tested for its culinary uses.

• INSPIRES KITCHEN CREATIVITY: With the help of the app, users can access recipe suggestions and add their own as they experiment. Although the offered recipes don't use specific ingredient amounts, they are a good introduction to combining flavors.

• WORKS WITH WHAT'S ON HAND: Using fresh rosemary? Use the "dry" setting to remove some of the moisture, not only to concentrate the flavor, but also create a better and longer shelf life. Using dried rosemary? Simply go straight to infusing. And regardless of whether you are using fresh herbs, spices, and fruits, or dried ones, all of the cycles (dry, activate, and infuse) reduce smell so you get a product that is both flavorful and delicious, without being overwhelming with fragrance.

• EASY-TO-USE, EASY-TO-CLEAN: Although it took our tester a few tries to connect the machine to Wi-Fi, once it paired the rest was a breeze. Operating the manual control panel during the infusing process was super intuitive. Clean-up was just as simple: All components of the machine that touch the oil or butter during the infusion process are dishwasher-safe.
