'Girls with cellulite and rolls can't work out?': Ashley Graham hits back at internet trolls

Another day, another troll.

It seems as though the internet hasn’t learned its lesson about trying to body shame Ashley Graham.

The 30-year-old model took to Instagram to shut down a follower who insinuated that her plus-size frame was anything less than perfect.

After Graham shared a series of photos posing in Dior lingerie, she received a particularly snarky comment from a hater who wrote “We thought you work out.”

Not missing a beat, Graham replied, “Girls with cellulite and rolls can’t work out also?”

Eagle-eyed Instagram surveyors @CommentsbyCelebs shared the exchange, further cementing Graham in our hearts as the body positive warrior the world needs (but doesn’t deserve).

Graham has never been shy about her love for physical fitness and frequently shares photos and videos of her intense workouts with her millions of followers.

However, she has been vocal that no matter what she shares, whether it be a lingerie selfie or a video lifting weights, her weight is a constant topic of discussion — with some fans mistakenly accusing her of trying to lose weight.

“EVERY TIME after I post a workout video I get comments like ‘you’ll never be skinny, so stop trying,’ ‘don’t work out too hard, you’ll get skinny,’ ‘you need your fat to be a model,’ and ‘why would you want to lose what made you famous?'” Graham wrote in a 2017 Instagram post. “For the record — I workout to: stay healthy, feel good, get rid of jet lag, clear my head, show big girls we can move like the rest of ’em, stay flexible and strong, have more energy. I don’t work out to lose weight or my curves, because I love the skin I’m in.”

With social media’s obsession with fitness — Graham is changing the game yet again by proving to women everywhere that healthy is always beautiful…and negativity will forever be ugly.
