By now, everyone knows that Gisele Bündchen is no stranger to showing off her strength. The former supermodel took many a catwalk by storm with her toned arms and legs, but her recent Vivara campaign video put her six-pack abs on full display.

Vivara dropped an Instagram video of the 43-year-old dancing around in a variety of cut-out dresses, dripping in shiny diamonds. While the jewelry is stunning, Gisele’s toned abs were the real star of the show.

Fans flooded Gisele with compliments in the comments. One called her, “Our Brzilian goddess💕,” while another added, “This woman is like whiskey 🔥 😍 😍 she gets better with time 🔥🔥🔥 🔥.”

While Gisele has been a fashion icon for decades, her commitment to health and fitness is her main priority these days. “Moving is just part of my every day,” she told Women's Health in September. Gisele's morning consists of meditating, a light three-mile jog with her dog, and a workout.

The mom of two likes to switch up her workouts, telling WH that she’s recently started weightlifting and enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, and jiu-jitsu. “I always want to make sure that every day, I'm doing something in nature,” she added.

And Gisele's Pilates instructor, Nonna Gleyzer (aka Body By Nonna), shared with Vogue UK that “Gisele is a true athlete—she’s physically strong and has incredible, deep-mind body connection.”

Gisele hasn’t always been committed to a healthy lifestyle. “I used to wake up in the morning with two cigarettes and a Mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream,” she told WH in October. Though, when her adrenal glands started to shut down in her twenties, she got things back on track by changing her diet, quitting smoking and drinking, and taking herbal supplements. Twenty years later, her strong body is a testament to her dedication to her health.
