In Godless, the seven-part western premiering Nov. 22 on Netflix, a man (Unbroken‘s Jack O’Connell) goes on the run from a gang of outlaws led by his ruthless father figure (The Newsroom‘s Jeff Daniels). He takes refuge at a ranch owned by a widow (Downton Abbey‘s Michelle Dockery) in a town governed mainly by women (specifically Nurse Jackie‘s Merritt Wever). Yahoo Entertainment has your first look at five new character portraits — and a sneak peek at the series, from writer/director Scott Frank, Steven Soderbergh, and executive producer Casey Silver.
