Gwen Stefani Says She's "So Blessed" to Celebrate One-Year Anniversary with Blake Shelton

Lovebirds Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton celebrate their first anniversary of dating next month, and the "Used to Love You" songstress can't believe how quickly their whirlwind year together has gone by.

The superstar--who celebrated her 47th birthday last week--recently opened up to People about her life-changing past 12 months and hitting the big milestone with her country singer beau. "It's weird! I was thinking about that because I feel like last year at this time, I went and took my kids to go see The Sound of Music for my birthday," she said. "You do that. You go, 'Where was I last year?'"

And although she's been through a rollercoaster of ups and downs, she admits that she's never been happier both personally and professionally. "I can't say anything but I'm so blessed," Stefani said about her relationship with Shelton. "It's just crazy how much happened, you know what I mean? So many beautiful memories."

And the mother of three is also thankful for her and her boyfriend's fans, who have been there to support them along the way. "We feel it," she said about their encouragement. "I was saying yesterday to somebody, I really feel the love, you know what I mean? It's hard to put into words, but it's a really cool thing to have that."
