Hailey Baldwin and Her Dad Post Their Support for Two Different Presidential Candidates on the Same Day

From Seventeen

Hailey Baldwin and her dad just revealed who they're voting for and they each seem to be at odds when it comes to the upcoming presidential election.

For World Mental Health Day, which took place on October 10, Hailey posted a picture of herself rocking a tie-dye Joe Biden t-shirt.

"It's world mental health day, and something that has affected my mental health is the state of our country and the future of our country," Hailey wrote on her Instagram. "I have hope, but we need to collectively make the change we want for our future and that means getting out there to VOTE!!!"

That same day, her dad also publicly endorse a candidate that day. In a post that seemed to hint at Hailey's, Stephen Baldwin continued to show his support for Donald Trump.

"don’t talk much about family pray 4 everyone every day! in my [heart emoji] beauty of [flag of United States emoji] 'land of #free home of #brave' is ... reverence 4 our freedom, importance of clarity of vote? (vision goal truth intent) Many are called, few are chosen! Gospel is truth battle already won."

Hailey's uncle, Billy Baldwin, commented on her post. "Thanks Hailey!! You have no idea how much this means to me."

It's not too surprising to see the Baldwin family at odds over politics. Alec Baldwin, who is also Hailey's uncle, has impersonated Trump on Saturday Night Live since 2016. Hailey previously opened up about how the 2016 presidential election had an affect on her family.

"I love my father, he's an amazing dad, but we so strongly disagreed on (the election)," she told The Sunday Times, per Page Six. "He and my sister [Alaia] strongly disagreed on it. My sister's husband, like everyone on our side, just doesn't agree with him. We don't talk about it now. It's not worth the argument."
