Hailey Bieber's Surprising Take on the LBD Included a Bustier Top
Hailey Bieber is no stranger to pulling off reinventions of the classic little black dress, but her latest iteration deserves a special slot on your fall fashion mood board.
On Thursday, stylist Karla Welch shared a photo of the model in a black leather two-piece set from Khaite that, fashioned together, gave the appearance of a sleek, edgy LBD. Bieber donned a black bustier top with a sweetheart neckline, paired with a matching button-up skirt with the pièce de résistance of the whole ensemble — pockets.
"#LBD on #HB," Welch captioned the post. Bieber also shared a few snaps of herself in the outfit, which she wore for an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, according to Welch's post.
Earlier this month, Bieber made headlines with a cleavage-baring Schiaparelli LBD that included a large gold embellishment across the torso, turning the black dress into a statement outfit.

The model previously told InStyle in August that her fall fashion is made up of a few key pieces.
"I'm like, so big on a big chunky jacket or a big chunky coat," she said at the time. "I feel like if you know anything about my style, you know that I'm always in the most absurd oversized stuff because I just find it very comfortable and it feels like me. So, I always think for the fall, a really great oversized blazer, a really great chunky knit sweater, a great coat. I feel like those three things are always super, super in my rotation."
