Haters Can't Stop Criticizing Meghan Markle's Legs

From Cosmopolitan

First it was the lack of pantyhose. Then it was the pants. Now Meghan Markle's legs are back in the news because people think they look too thin. Great!

Not even a week after the hubbub surrounding Kate Middleton's fingers, commoners have found something else "wrong" with the royal family to complain about. Yesterday all the major players made an appearance at Westminster Abbey for Commonwealth Day, and critics were abnormally preoccupied with the appearance of Markle's legs.

The former Suits actress ignited her first royal fashion "faux pas" during her engagement to Prince Harry back in November, when haters objected to seeing her bare legs in public.

"Although pantyhose are not required for every event, they are generally a rule for more formal or conservative royal events," Christine Ross of Meghan's Mirror explained to E! Online. "The perception is that pantyhose are more modest and feminine, but given how chilly London can be, it may be a practical choice more than anything."

So, despite the presence of a pair of nude tights, her ensemble yesterday - which included a white Crombie coat and a matching beret by Princess Diana's favorite milliner Stephen Jones - still caused a stir. Hey, guys, remember how it's not cool to body-shame women? At all? Ever? Period. Cool.
