Supermodel and America's Got Talent judge Heidi Klum spills all her tips for looking and feeling her best.

Redbook: What is the secret to your amazing glow?

Heidi Klum: I'm a big believer in your are what you eat. My four kids and I are always eating healthy. That's just the way we live in my house. I've also been taking Perfectil supplements for a few months. I like the original one for your hair, skin, and nails. They have separate vitamins if you feel like one area needs a boost, but I like that this is a one stop shop.

RB: Do you have a philosophy on skincare?

HK: I think it's best to keep it simple. I wash my face with baby shampoo — if it's good for babies, it has to be good for me, too. It even gets off my TV makeup and false lashes. Then I'll use the Buttermilk Moisturizer from Mario Badescu. I don't use toners or anything else. I feel like it just sucks everything out of my skin.

RB: What is your hair routine?

HK: I take a shower every morning and wash my hair with Iles Formula. I have friends that don't wash their hair for five days. That doesn't work for me. I feel like I'm not awake if I don't wash my hair. And if my hair is done at work that day, I'll wash it again when I get home. I don't like all that product getting in the bed.

RB: If you only had two minutes to do your makeup, what would you use?

HK: Charlotte Tilbury foundation, tap a cream blush over my cheeks, fill in my brows with an Anastasia Beverly Hills skinny pencil, then brush L'Oréal Voluminous over my lashes.

RB: What products do you always carry in your purse?

HK: Blotting papers — I get super shiny. And Pawpaw lip balm from Australia. My makeup artist of fifteen years Linda introduced me to it years ago before it became so popular.

RB: Do you have any beauty regrets?

HK: I love the sun, and I believe vitamin D is good for us, but I think I sometimes overdo it. I started noticing little spots on my face and have had to get a few removed, so I've started to use more sunscreen. I like the tinted one from La Roche-Posay. It doesn't leave a weird blue cast like some do.

RB: What would you like to teach your daughters about beauty?

HK: I want them to be feel beautiful just the way they are. Everyone is wearing so much foundation and contouring, but I always tell them their skin is gorgeous, not to cover it up.
