Here's When Every New Episode of Call the Midwife Airs
The beloved British period drama Call the Midwife is delivering its thirteenth season. The show is coming back with a new chapter from the lives of the sisters of Nonnatus House and the midwives of Poplar, starting March 17.
According to the official synopsis, "It is now 1969 and more babies are being born in hospital than ever before. Pressure on maternity beds remains extremely high across the country but Poplar is coping better than most due to the work of Nonnatus House and the popularity of home births under the auspices of the Sisters."
As in the past, season 13 will include 8 episodes, released weekly on Sundays, as well as the traditional Christmas Special during the holiday season. Here's what we know so far about the release schedule for Call the Midwife season 13:

For fans who are wondering about the further adventures of the midwives of Poplar, there's good news. Though season 13 will wrap up this spring, the show has already been picked up for season 14 and 15 as well.
