Carrie Underwood was noticeably absent from the spotlight after taking a scary fall in late 2017 that resulted in a broken wrist and more than 40 stitches in her face. But after reemerging at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards in early April, the American Idol alum hasn’t shied away from taking center stage. Most recently, she performed at the Grand Ole Opry for her fan club while looking — and feeling — like a princess.

The 35-year-old took to Instagram to reflect on the special Tuesday evening by posting a photo of her gorgeous look, which consisted of a light pink dress complete with beaded detailing on the top and a full skirt on the bottom.

Along with her long blonde hair and an outfit change into a blue Camilla romper, she certainly looked like an “Opry princess,” especially after celebrating her 10th anniversary as a member of the famous home of country music in May. However, the Opry stage wasn’t the only one she occupied on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, Underwood was in rehearsals for her performance at the CMT Awards on Wednesday evening, sporting an athleisure look from her fitness line CALIA. Paired with strappy heels, the singer joked about it being the perfect performance look.

After recent reports that Underwood may possibly be pregnant with twins, fans are on high-alert for how she’ll be looking on stage. But there’s no doubt that we can always count on the country royal to slay both her wardrobe and vocals.
