SJP, Anna Wintour & More Stars Celebrate Lin-Manuel Miranda's 'Hamilton'

Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical Hamilton is such a success that not only are tickets impossible to buy but President Obama put running the country on hold to take his daughters, Sasha and Malia, to see it. So the fact that the Broadway play’s opening night brought out some of Hollywood’s best and brightest, comes as no surprise. Miranda himself wore a navy blue suit, which he paired with sneakers (it’s his night he can wear what he wants to). Sarah Jessica Parker dressed for the occasion in an Elie Saab Couture gown, intricately covered in sequins and paisley detailing. Matching was a theme for the night: Patina Miller wore a cobalt blue Balmain crop top and flared trousers, Allison Williams shined in metallic oversized pants, and Judith Light worked it in white.
