Feel like you're cooking more meals than ever at home these days? You're not alone. A recent Acosta report found that more than half of shoppers (55%) said they are eating at home more often, and that many consumers anticipate they will dine out less than before after the pandemic is over.

It's clear that home cooking is here to stay, but even the most seasoned home cooks are bound to experience "cooking fatigue" at some point. Whether you're tired of cooking the same meals every day or just don't have the time to prepare dinner for hours on end, finding a convenient and healthy way to enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of your own home is crucial.

That's where Home Chef comes in. As one of the largest meal delivery services in the U.S., it offers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and easy to follow recipes delivered weekly nationwide.

With an increasing demand for a wider variety of lighter, more balanced meal choices, Home Chef has partnered with Skinnytaste founder and chef Gina Homolka to co-create eight simple healthy recipes that are all under 550 calories and cater to different nutritional needs like sodium sensible, carb conscious and protein packed.

For the months of May and June, one Skinnytaste meal kit will be available on the Home Chef menu each week. You can choose from a number of delicious nourishing recipes like: Sheet Pan Balsamic Herb Chicken and Vegetables, Chicken with Mushrooms and Shallots, Parmesan Salmon, Turkey Cheeseburger Soup, Shrimp Scampi with Broccoli Orzo, Baked Chicken Parmesan, Cilantro Lime Chicken and Rice with Corn Salsa and Fish Florentine. When our experts gave some a taste, we found the meals to be nutritionally balanced, easy to prepare and flavorful, which is exactly what Gina was going for.
