I'm an Amazon Shopping Editor, and This Flattering $30 Swimsuit Is One of My Best Finds

Swimwear is more complicated and confusing than ever this year. Between the floss string bikini trend and TikTok users trying to convince us that you can wear your bikini bottoms as a top (I'll pass on that one), I've had a hard time finding a simple swimsuit that doesn't look awkward or require rocket science to put on. Out of frustration, I browsed Amazon and took a chance on a random $30 black one-piece that had the fit I was looking for. To my surprise, it's probably one of the best things I've bought on the site.
The Viottiset Ruched High Cut Swimsuit has several flattering details - it's ruched on either side with drawstring details (which can be adjusted), has a cheeky high cut fit, and a low scoop neck. Despite not having thousands of reviews, I chose it because I was looking for something with no frills, but that still had some stylish touches. Plus, 220 shoppers have left it a positive review, raving that the swimsuit is sleek and "casually sexy," and has even changed their opinions on one-pieces for the better.
Fortunately, those reviews did not steer me wrong. I was pretty shocked by not only how comfortable the Viottiset swimsuit was when I slipped it on, but how flattering it looked, too. It doesn't feel suffocating or squeeze me in the wrong places, and the cheeky cut is just cheeky enough that it's super cute and won't get scrunched up in your derrière.

I also love that the swimsuit is wire-free and has adjustable spaghetti straps and removable padding. The padding does give a subtle lift so I plan on keeping mine in, but it's nice to know that I can get rid of it if I choose to.
While the under-the-radar one piece is still climbing up Amazon's best-sellers chart (it's in the 20s right now), the swimsuit has actually shown up as backordered a few times in select colors. I have a feeling people are catching on to how great it is, and it's eventually going to sell out. That's why I'm stocking up on more colors (including this fun bright orange option), so I'm set for the summer.
