What is GH's Can You Change How You Age Makeover?
No matter who you are, aging is a part of life. And while there's no miracle cure or Fountain of Youth, there may be big and small changes that you can make to transform how your body ages. Our goal is to work with a group of readers to shift how they think about aging and see if they can impact it in a positive way. We want to answer the question that likely crosses everyone's mind at least once: Can I really change how I age?
Over the next year, GH pros plan to evaluate and test wellness innovations, new products, exercise routines, eating plans, at-home genetic tools, and more to really explore what "interventions" may impact our rate of aging. Most importantly, this program isn't just about what's on the outside. While we can all get behind a great night cream or other anti-aging skincare products, our primary focus is on how your body is aging from a cellular level. Because it's what's on the inside that truly counts when it comes to your health. You'll also have access to a special advisory panel of medical, exercise, and nutrition experts. Throughout the study, you'll be asked to regularly connect with our experts, check-in on your progress and take detailed notes about the journey.

Who is eligible to participate?
To be considered, you must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
What are the requirements if I'm selected?
First and foremost, you must be highly motivated to make real changes to your lifestyle. We also ask that you are able to make a commitment for up to 18 months from the start of the program. This includes regular emails and/or phone calls with our team, photo updates, and more. You must also be comfortable having before and after photos taken, giving honest feedback, and sharing relevant personal information. During the program, you could be interviewed for a potential story on your progress and overall journey to be shared across Good Housekeeping's print, digital, social, and video platforms.
How will I know if I've been selected for the study?
