Jake Owen, Little Big Town & More Congratulate Miranda Lambert on Her Surprise Wedding
Miranda Lambert has found love again – and the country music world is just as excited as she is.
The “Mama’s Broken Heart” singer, 35, made the surprise announcement Saturday that she’d tied the knot with New York City police officer Brendan McLoughlin, 27, prompting a flood of well wishes from her fellow stars.
“Damn! Congrats,” singer Jake Owen wrote on Instagram, reflecting the surprise many of her fans felt upon learning she’d said “I do.”

Little Big Town, who toured with Lambert in 2018, also had kind words, writing, “Love you Miranda. Congrats!!!!”
The group’s individual members also weighed in, with singer Kimberly Schlapman raving, “AMAZING!!!” alongside four heart emojis.
Her bandmate Karen Fairchild kept it simple with eight red heart emojis.
Morgane Stapleton, a singer and the wife of Chris Stapleton, celebrated the marriage with two champagne emojis and a sweet message.

Other country celebrities who liked the post included Pistol Annies bandmate Ashley Monroe, duet partner Carrie Underwood, Maren Morris, Lindsay Ell, Jana Kramer, Elle King, Dierks Bentley, and Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line‘s wife Hayley.
Lambert’s post revealing the happy news came in honor of Valentine’s Day.
“I met the love of my life. And we got hitched!” she wrote. “My heart is full. Thank you Brendan McLoughlin for loving me for … me. #theone.”
McLoughlin has been with the NYPD since 2013, and has been known to work crowds in Midtown, particularly near Times Square.

A source told PEOPLE that that’s where the happy couple met back in November, after Lambert’s trio Pistol Annies dropped by Good Morning America for a performance.
His good looks were familiar to some, including Busy Philipps, who wrote on Twitter that she recognized McLoughlin because he’s “always outside of GMA.”
“I have done Instagram stories with him cause he’s so hot,” she wrote.

Lambert and McLoughlin actually tied the knot Jan. 26, a source told PEOPLE, but kept their nuptials hush-hush in the three weeks since.
The newlyweds were spotted this weekend shopping in New York City’s SoHo district, and made no attempts to hide their wedding bands from the world.
“They looked happy and natural holding hands strolling sidewalk,” an onlooker told PEOPLE. “She was beaming and protectively holding her ring finger.”
The singer was previously married to fellow country star Blake Shelton before they split in 2015.
