When you look good in a swimsuit, it's quite natural to want to share it with the world. And that’s exactly what Jane Seymour did this week — twice.

The Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman alum dropped two different pics of herself on Instagram. And in the snaps, she's seriously working a hot-pink one piece. The first photo shows the 70-year-old actress from the back as she poses on a boat, accessorized by super-toned arms and a disarming smile. In the second snap, she’s in the same suit shot from the front, while flaunting those same sculpted arms and seriously sculpted legs.

Fans were all about it in the comments: "You look absolutely beautiful Jane," one wrote. "I love your swimsuit, you look amazing," another said. And honestly, #truth!

Jane has made it clear that she works hard to look like that. She previously told Closer Weekly that she likes to do a combo of Pilates, Gyrotonics (which is a mix of yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi), and what she calls "the perfect workout," which she describes as "very, very slow weightlifting."

"You only do 20 minutes twice a week," Jane continued. "I notice a huge difference when I do it. Each exercise you do, you do it to fatigue so your whole body starts shaking."

Jane also likes to do isometrics, which she credits for her washboard abs. "With isometrics, you're isolating and engaging the stomach muscles to strengthen them," she told Lifetime. "It has given me really strong stomach muscles, and I have a longer, leaner look than before."

Jane demoed some of those moves in a 2020 Facebook video and, wow, she's not messing around. There's Jane doing bicycle crunches while holding onto hand weights, Jane doing the boat pose while doing bicep curls, and Jane running up and down a set of stairs while lifting weights — all while smiling and talking.

"I don’t eat too much starch, I try not to," she told Closer. "Mostly I eat… chicken, a lot of vegetables. We grow a lot of vegetables in the garden, organically. Everything in moderation, which, of course, is the hardest thing. Me telling myself I'm on a diet never works. Me saying, 'OK, I’m going to have a bite of this cake but I don’t need the whole cake.' That’s how it works."

Jane stressed that she’s "not trying to be younger than who I am…I’m just trying to be the best I can be at the age I’m at."
