Jane Seymour delivered some serious workout motivation with her latest photo.

The "Live and Let Die" actress took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of herself working out in a black sports bra and grey camouflage leggings.

"It means so much to me personally and I’m sure I speak for so many others as well. You are an inspirational and empowering woman!"

"You look fabulous. I love the workout clothes," another added.

"And you're in your 70s? How is that possible!" someone else wrote. "You don't look older than 50, and you're in incredible shape. Look at those abs!! And your workout outfit is so cute. Love! Thank you for the motivation,"
