Jane Seymour delivered some serious workout motivation with her latest photo.

The "Live and Let Die" actress took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of herself working out in a black sports bra and grey camouflage leggings.

Fans quickly praised the 71-year-old's toned figure and thanks for the fitness motivation.

"Have you gotten your Wednesday workout in yet?" she captioned the photo. "One thing I like to remember when it gets tough is that although you may not be there yet, you’re so much closer than you were yesterday! You can do this!"

"I'm about to do mine! I needed this motivation," one Instagram user replied.

"You look incredible. Your abs are perfection, just telling it like it is. Thank you so much for all of your encouragement towards self wellness and preservation," a fan told Seymour. "It means so much to me personally and I’m sure I speak for so many others as well. You are an inspirational and empowering woman!"

"You look fabulous. I love the workout clothes," another added.

"And you're in your 70s? How is that possible!" someone else wrote. "You don't look older than 50, and you're in incredible shape. Look at those abs!! And your workout outfit is so cute. Love! Thank you for the motivation,"
