  • Jennifer Aniston just announced the launch of her hair care line, LolaVie.

  • The brand's debut product is the Glossing Detangler, a multi-tasking spray packed with powerful plant-based ingredients.

  • Aniston has been working on developing the line for the last five years.

Finally. After years (literally almost three decades) of the world lusting after Jennifer Aniston's Hollywood hair—from the iconically wispy "Rachel" cut from Friends to the perfectly messy blonde waves of her more recent years—the actress, now 52, is delivering what the people really want: a hair care line.

Paired nicely with her signature perfume and go-to Vital Proteins breakfast smoothie, this new collection of products—LolaVie—will allow Aniston fans to emulate her in the best way. The first product, the Glossing Detangler, launched on September 8 and she couldn't *be* more excited for its long-awaited debut.

"We've been in development for almost five years," the actress recently told Allure. "I had been involved in another hair company years ago, and that's where I got the bug of getting to go behind the scenes of how you [choose] ingredients and the process of development and marketing and all of that."

Aniston decided to break out with the detangler because it's a great multi-tasker—it's a heat protectant, it softens the hair, and it adds shine. "I love a really good detangler because my hair has gone through so much thrashing," she said. "I love for a product to have many jobs in one ... it's time-efficient."

Now, instead of combing a line of serums, creams, and conditioners through her hair after showering, Aniston's specially formulated spray covers it all. "[My hair routine is] basically washing and conditioning it, putting the detangler on, brushing it through, putting it up in a towel for ten minutes, and then I either blow it out or let it dry naturally," she explained.

The powerful mist contains a blend of plant-based ingredients—chia to prevent hair damage, bamboo essence to provide a thermal shield, lemon extract to enhance shine, a super-fruit complex to condition and soften, pea peptides to promote scalp health, and ginger root and sugar cane to exfoliate, allowing for optimal product penetration.

Although LolaVie launched with just one product, Aniston promises that more are on the way. And the pressure to create a quality line isn't lost on her—she promises that what's to come is "bulletproof."
