Jennifer Garner Shares the ‘Cute’ Sneakers She Loves for ‘Everyday Walking Around’

Jennifer Garner has some of the best tips out there. Whether she’s sharing the best skincare advice she’s ever received or revealing the eye cream she says “plumps” and “decreases lines,” she never fails us. Now, she tells Prevention the sneakers that she loves for walking around: Veja SDU Rec sneakers.
The star sat down with Prevention to dish on her beauty cabinet and wardrobe essentials, and boy did she deliver. When we asked her what her go-to sneakers were, she said the question was “music” to her ears. While she works out in Brooks Adrenaline GTS, and will also wear Brooks Glycerine—“I’m hard on my feet,” she says—she opts for sneakers from the brand Veja as a comfy casual option. She says she wears them “for everyday walking around.”
She does stipulate: “They’re not workout sneakers, they’re walking around sneakers. They’re cute and give my toes plenty of room. Mine are cream with the blue on them.”
The iteration she wears (and has been spotted by many a paparazzi walking around in) are cream and blue, but they come in a variety of colors.
The shoes feature a sturdy rubber sole so you can be sure of each step, “blind” eyelets that conceal lace holes, and an oversized logo that adds some flare. They are also made from zero animal byproducts, making them a great vegan choice for those looking to go animal-free. They come in three color variations depending on where you purchase them (Zappos also features some additional sizing that Nordstrom is out of at the moment).
Reviewers love the kicks too. “I love these shoes. They are cute and comfortable. I bought them for a recent trip to London and walked all over the city in them,” one Nordstrom reviewer writes. Meanwhile, a Zappos customer writes: “I love Veja. These are my second pair. I own the Velcro Recife and NOW the flannel SDU. I’m a solid 8 US and the 39 SDU fits perfectly. I can’t get over how light and comfortable they are. The ‘gray’ is also a very easy color to pair with most of my wardrobe. I would not recommend for a wide foot.”
