Jennifer Garner's Favorite Comfortable Sweater Is From an Unexpected Brand, and It's on Sale
When it comes to comfort, there is truly no other celebrity I would trust more than Jennifer Garner. She wears Spanx, gives comfortable bra recommendations to her friends, and makes cinematic masterpieces with her cat. If anyone is doing lockdown and quarantine right, it’s her. And so when I read that she had a favorite comfortable sweater, I took notes.
During an interview with Glamour last month, Jennifer Garner revealed that her favorite anti-aging serum is just $25 on Amazon. She then went on to list all of her other favorite things, most of which were equally relatable. Like us plebs, Garner thinks Ina Garten’s latest comfort food cookbook is heaven, wears Lululemon, and swears that new coffee mugs make her happy. But when it comes to her favorite cozy knit, her answer was something a little less common. Apparently Garner swears Joe’s Jeans makes the most “perfect” (her words!) sweater out there.
Denim brands don’t typically make the most comfortable of things. Instead they make hard pants that take a while to break in and that most of us haven’t worn since March. But the celeb-loved jeans brand has an under-the-radar line called The Favorite Daughter that makes button-up cardigans, thermal tops, and soft denim button-up shirts. Coincidentally, almost all of it is currently on sale at Nordstrom this Cyber Week.
Garner loves the line because its sweaters are thin enough to wear in California but fall in the perfect in-between of too baggy and too tight. In typical Garner fashion she also suggests the name adds to her stanning of the brand: She is one of three sisters and obviously considers herself the favorite daughter.
