Jennifer Lopez sports $4,145 acid-wash jean ensemble for New York premiere of 'Hustlers'

Jennifer Lopez’s latest film might result in her first Oscar nomination.

The 50-year-old triple threat is receiving rave reviews for her role in “Hustlers,” in which she plays an exotic dancer who masterminds a plan to glean as much money as possible from her wealthy Wall Street clients.

Based on a true story, the “Hustlers” features a star studded cast including Cardi B, “Riverdale” actress Lili Reinhart and “Crazy Rich Asians” star Constance Wu.

Lopez has been making the media rounds to promote her latest project following its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. On Tuesday, the “Jenny from the Block” singer flew to New York City for a special screening of the film hosted by designer Alexander Wang.

The Bronx native arrived wearing a pair of bold $4,145 CAD high rise acid wash jeans by Balmain, matching denim bustier and $116 CAD oversized “Big Ass” gold hoop earrings by Melinda Maria.

The look may be one of many daring red carpet ensembles to look forward to, as media outlets predict Lopez will receive her first Academy Award nomination for the film.

The Oscar buzz has taken the star by surprise. In an interview with Hoda Kotb, an emotional Lopez began to tear up when asked about the possibility of a nomination.

“I’ve just been working hard for so long, for my whole life. It’s nice,” she said wiping away tears. Lopez added, “I was literally sitting in my bed yesterday and they were sending me all the reviews. I could not believe it. I was crying, me and my girlfriend of 20 years were sitting there and she was trying to film me. I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ You work hard your whole life and you wonder if anybody notices in a sense, on that level, to be in that conversation. You have dreams when you’re a little girl of being [at the Oscars], you know what I mean?”
