Jennifer Lopez and soon-to-be-hubby A-Rod were spotted riding their bikes around the Hamptons multiples times over Fourth of July weekend. And while they mostly kept things casual for their active outings—A-Rod wore gray sweats and a white long-sleeve tee while J.Lo rocked denim cut-offs and a pink hoodie—there was at least one part of J.Lo’s ensemble that can truly only be described as utterly glam: a white sequin-covered face mask.
Yes, she’ll always be Jenny from the Block, but don’t you forget that she’s also an international superstar with a flair for all things sparkly. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that she would choose to follow the CDC’s face mask recommendation with one that really speaks to her glamorous nature.
Unfortunately, the $26 “Disco Ball Face Mask” is currently sold out, however Revolve is allowing shoppers to pre-order the celeb-approved style. It’s expected that the masks will ship out on July 20, 2020, but Revolve has also noted it will keep shoppers posted if that date changes for any reason.
The mask itself, which is fully lined to prevent the sequins from scratching your skin, is by up-and-coming bridal designer Katie May Neu. In fact, the design was originally made with coronavirus-affected brides in mind. But that shouldn’t stop fans of all things glittering from wearing this fancy face mask for such mundane tasks as picking up groceries, swinging by your local coffee shop or even biking around the neighborhood. It certainly didn’t stop J.Lo, and if it’s good enough for the Super Bowl halftime performer then it’s definitely good enough for us.
