Julianne Hough is sharing her intentions for this month and inspiring her fans along the way.
On Instagram, the 33-year-old professional dancer posted an artistic shot of herself hanging out in what appears to be a mountainous desert. In the picture, she's throwing her head back and arms wide open while wearing a tan bikini set. While tagging her own fitness brand KINRGY in the post, Julianne accompanied the photo with a meaningful caption that seems to suggest she is forging a new path in her life.
In celebration of the New Moon, she wrote: "My intention in this #NewMoon is to break free from limitations my mind has set on what’s possible with my healing and growth. I’m cutting cords from past relationships, judgements, and feelings of betrayal and abandonment."
The former Dancing With the Stars pro continued: "This particular moon in the sign of #Virgo is an invitation for all of us to detox and clear out space - both energetically and physically. What’s left when these are released? Just my heart, flowing and floating freely in a state of surrender and movement. 🌙."
Apparently, this message resonated with a lot of her fans, because many of them left heartfelt notes in the comments section. "I love you and your intentions for September. Keep it up. 💙," one fan said. "This is everything 😍," another said. "You are great motivation and inspiration, thank you and love you! :)," someone else commented.
Julianne has been living it up over the past few months. Apart from traveling all over Italy earlier this summer, the actress and dancer has been busy promoting KINRGY and her new wine with Nina Dobrev Fresh Vine Wine. This year, she also starred in the audio comedy Hit Job and will be playing Wendy in the upcoming TV movie One Hit Wendy.
At the same time, Julianne has also had to adjust to changes in her life, largely stemming from her divorce from husband and hockey player Brooks Laich in November of last year.
"We have lovingly and carefully taken the time we have needed to arrive at our decision to separate," Julianne and Brooks said in a statement at the time. "We share an abundance of love and respect for one another and will continue to lead with our hearts from that place. We kindly request your compassion and respect for our privacy moving forward."
Regardless of what Julianne's post meant to her personally, clearly the positive message was felt far and wide.
