Kate Middleton brings back this '90s skirt trend for the holidays: Shop it starting at $10

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out on Tuesday wearing a gorgeous red, black, and white tartan skirt to host a Christmas party with her husband, Prince William, at Kensington Palace for families of military personnel.
The tartan skirt is designed by Emilia Wickstead, a designer Middleton has worn numerous times in the past. She paired the midi skirt with a classic black cardigan by Brora and topped it off with stylish suede black boots. The outfit is festive, feminine, and chic.
