Kate Middleton Can't Contain Her Excitement In Sweet Thank You Note To Pakistani Designer

Kate Middleton has penned the most adorable letter to Pakistani fashion designer Maheen Khan, thanking her for helping dress her during her recent official royal tour in South Asia.

During the Duchess of Cambridge’s five-day tour of Pakistan in October, she wore several chic and conservative outfits, including two Shalwar Kameezes designed by Khan.

Earlier this week, the designer shared a photograph on Twitter of a letter she’d received from the Duchess, in which the royal thanked her and her team for designing several key pieces of her royal tour wardrobe.

‘Thank you so much for all of you help ahead of my tour to Pakistan,’ the letter reads.

‘I am so grateful to you and your team for designing such a wonderful selection to choose from – although having so many beautiful things did make decision making a little more difficult! I really enjoyed wearing both of your outfits – and the trousers were such a great fit too. So thank you for all the time and effort put in to everything.’

Kate continues to say that she and her husband Prince William ‘thoroughly enjoyed’ their visit to Pakistan and she loved meeting Khan in person a the Pakistan Monument. ‘I am sorry it was so short!’ she added.

One the outfits designed by Khan was turquoise Shalwar Kameez with gold detailing on the front, which the royal wore for her official visit to the Badshahi Mosque, and a pair of white trousers for a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan at the Presidential Palace in Islamabad.

During the visit, the 38-year-old also wore designs by Jenny Packham and Catherine Walker.

Earlier this week, Kate gave fans a clue about how her youngest son Prince Louis behaves at home.

During the Duchess of Cambridge’s visit to Peterley Manor Farm to help young children pick find Christmas trees for their classrooms and make festive decorations, one young child held his hand up and shouted ‘me, me!’, which reminded the royal of her youngest son.

‘You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying, “Me, me, me.” And he wants to come everywhere with me!’ Kate told the little boy, while stroking his cheek.
