Kate Middleton is back out today for her visit to East Anglia's Children's Hospices' The Nook. The Duchess of Cambridge, a patron of EACH, will "meet children and families being supported by EACH, tour the hospice, and officially open the building," Kensington Palace tweeted ahead of the visit.

The Duchess of Cambridge dressed sensibly for the season, rewearing her magenta Oscar de la Renta skirt suit with tights and black heels.

This is Kate's second event this week. The Duchess went out with Prince William on Tuesday to attend Shout's Crisis Volunteer celebration event in London. Kate wore a Smythe blazer with burgundy Joseph trousers and black heels for the event, so the Duchess is really leaning into fall colors now.

Kate and William are attending two evening events next week: the Royal Variety Performance on Monday and the Tusk Awards on Thursday. Both events will require more formal attire, so expect to see the Duchess in stunning gowns and her husband in a suit.

Kate's event today comes shortly after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry confirmed their Christmas plans this year won't be at Sandringham with the Queen and royal family. They will be spending the holiday with Meghan's mom Doria Ragland.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking forward to extended family time towards the end of this month," the couple's spokesperson said. "Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, Their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the Duchess’ mother Doria Ragland. This decision is in line with precedent set previously by other members of the Royal Family, and has the support of Her Majesty The Queen."

Kensington Palace has not confirmed Kate and William's plans, although there are reports they will spend Christmas with the Queen this year.
