If you're searching for animosity between exes, you're going to have to look a bit further than Anna Faris and Chris Pratt. His new-fiancée Katherine Schwarzenegger recently revealed how much she respected and admired Chris's ex-wife, and her podcast.
During the launch of Katherine's new audio show, The Dog That Changed Me, the author discussed her views on Anna, who hosts her own podcast titled,Anna Faris is Unqualified. She revealed she had learned a lot from her fiancé's ex, and was inspired by the success of her radio show.
"[Anna] has an incredibly successful podcast," she said on her show. "I really admire all the work that she's done, and she's definitely an expert at it. Learning from her is another huge gift."
Katherine went on to discuss how grateful she was to have people in her life she could be inspired by, adding, "I have such great people in my life that I'm able to learn from in all different areas of life and, and she's definitely somebody that I look up to in the podcast world."
To be fair, there never seemed to be any hard feelings between Anna and Katherine. When Chris announced his engagement to Katherine, Anna was one of the first to share her congratulations in the comments, writing, "I'm so happy for you both. Congratulations!"
Anna later spoke out about the engagement on her podcast, revealing that Chris actually texted her to let her know the morning after it happened, before sharing the news publicly.
"Sweet Chris, my ex, got engaged to Katherine today and I’m so happy for them," Anna said at the time. "I knew that it was going to happen, and I love her and I love him. I’m just so happy that they found each other. Chris texted me this morning and he was like, you know, I proposed to Katherine last night. And I was like ah, that’s amazing. And I texted him back like, ‘I just want to remind you I’m an ordained minister!’"
