Katie Holmes's relationship with her new boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo Jr., is progressing rather quickly. After sharing some serious PDA on the streets of Manhattan, the pair moved onto the matching mask stage, which was soon followed up by the meeting of the parents (or one of them, at least).
On Friday (Sept. 25), Katie had lunch with Emilio and his dad, Emilio Sr., at their family's Italian restaurant, Emilio's Ballato, in Soho. For the occasion, Katie wore a blue and white striped button-down, loose-fitting jeans, and black Gucci loafers — a conservative combination that shows she's sophisticated yet easy-going.
And based on photos, it appears as if Katie — and her outfit — made a memorable first impression.
Holmes and Vitolo Jr. first sparked romance rumors earlier this month while eating dinner together in New York, and ever since they haven't been shy about kissing and holding hands in front of the paparazzi. And in case the copious amounts of PDA wasn't enough of an indication that they're serious about each other, a source at People previously confirmed that Katie is "very into" Emilio.
