Keith Urban Gave One of the Most Emotional Performances of His Career to Open the ACM 'Our Country' Special
Keith Urban just gave the performance of a lifetime.
The 52-year-old country singer was set to host the Academy of Country Music Awards tonight, but the event was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. However, that didn't stop the country music star from giving it his all as he kicked off the ACM Presents: Our Country concert special on CBS from his home.
After opening the show by thanking doctors, nurses, and first responders, and reminding viewers that "we will get through this together," Keith belted out a moving rendition of his song "Wasted Time" from his studio at home in Nashville.

The song was particularly emotional, yet uplifting with lyrics such as: When I think about those summer nights / Singing out the window, on the back roads, Sweet Child of Mine / Sipping on the local's spark of light / Ain't it funny how the best days of my life /Was all that wasted time?
Fans couldn't hold back their emotions.
