Kim Kardashian Is Being Sued By Former Employees
Kim Kardashian is facing yet another lawsuit, this time leveled by seven former gardening and maintenance employees who worked at her Hidden Hills home.
The plaintiffs have accused Kardashian of making late payments, withholding taxes without reporting them to the government, not providing meal breaks, and declining to pay overtime.

According to Page Six, a 16-year-old employee says he was forced to work more time than is permitted by law for his age. Another employee has alleged that he broached the aforementioned issues of payment and taxation and was promptly fired.

Kardashian's team has responded to the suit, placing blame on the third-party vendor the workers were hired through and paid by. "Kim is not party to the agreement made between the vendor and their workers, therefore she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff," a Kardashian rep told Page Six. "Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon."
