Kim Kardashian's 5-year-old daughter already has a prom dress, thanks to Mom
Style maven Kim Kardashian is already inspiring her first-born daughter’s fashion choices.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed on the new episode of Ashley Graham’s podcast, Pretty Big Deal, that young North — Nori, for short — has seriously eyed one particular dress that pop culture watchers will recognize: the gold Atelier Versace gown Kardashian wore to this year’s Met Gala.
“I have all my Met dresses in an archive and I have the Versace in my closet. And North actually went in and she’s always like, ‘Mom, can I have this when I’m big?’” Kardashian said. “She’s going through everything. And she said, ‘Mom, I just want that gold cross dress that you have.’ And I was like, ‘Do you wanna wear it to the prom? You can wear it to your [prom]. Whatever fits you. You better hope that you’re somewhere near my height.’”

Kardashian is 5’3” tall, whereas North’s dad, Kanye West, is 5’8.” Even if North ends up too tall for the Versace, we’re guessing that she’ll have no trouble finding someone to dress her, then or ever. In addition to having well-connected parents, the little girl has already modeled on several occasions, including Fendi’s campaign featuring North, her mom, and her grandmother Kris Jenner.

Kardashian has two other children who will likely want in on their parents’ wardrobes one day too. Son Saint is 2. The family welcomed another baby girl, Chicago, in January, and they’ve left open the possibility of having another child.
Luckily, both Mom and Dad are very into fashion.
