Westminster Abbey today hosted numerous celebrities, politicians and foreign delegates for one of the biggest royal events in recent years.
Just over 2,000 guests were invited to the coronation ceremony of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, which is actually a fraction of the 8,000 invitees at the late Queen Elizabeth's coronation in 1953 as part of Charles’s ‘pared back’ ceremony.
They all arrived early on Saturday morning in their finest threads to watch history take place.
