Kourtney Kardashian Shares ‘Empowering’ Pregnancy Photos In Black Leather Suit
On Sunday, Kourtney Kardashian shared new photos from her fourth pregnancy after undergoing a difficult medical event earlier this week. The 44-year-old underwent fetal surgery that brought her husband Travis Barker home from his tour with band Blink-182. In the carousel of photos on Instagram, Kardashian looks back to her usual self, writing in the caption that “pregnancy is so empowering.”
The pics show off her growing pregnancy. The POOSH founder was wearing a lacy, see-through crop top turtleneck over a black bra with matching gloves. Over that, she had on a black leather two piece with wide-legged slacks and a buttoned jacket.
In the images, she caressed her stomach and looked directly in the camera in some photos and in others laid her head back in a sultry pose.
After Barker returned from Europe to join his wife, he shared an update with fans on Twitter, writing, “I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support.”
He added that the tour would be recommencing, signing off, “God is great.”
God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday.

Kardashian also thanked fans for their support in an Instagram post showing her and Barker holding hands.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” she wrote in the caption. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”
She added, “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
