Watch Zoe Kravitz, Tinashe, Big Sean and More Party in New Alexander Wang Campaign

From Harper's BAZAAR

Update, 10/3: In anticipation for the release of its full campaign, Alexander Wang revealed another video clip via Complex today. The short features the new Wang Squad-artists like Tinashe, Zoe Kravitz, Vince Staples and A$AP Ferg among models including Anna Ewers, Hanne Gaby and Issa Lish-partying up in an L.A. mansion. There are red solo cups, a Chinese food takeout feast, plenty of dancing and even a stripper pole. The clip, filmed by music video vet Director X, is soundtracked to "King Pin" by RL Grime and Big Sean, two of the campaign stars.

Another clip was also shared last week on the Wang Squad Instagram:

Update, 9/27: Alexander Wang's Fall 2016 campaign literally looks like an epic party, according to a teaser the brand Instagrammed today. In the video, the Wang Squad takes over a rustic mansion to throw a massive rager that includes Skrillex DJ-ing, Kylie Jenner and Tyga PDA, Anna Ewers dancing with them in the bathroom and the rest of the models (like Hanne Gaby, Katie Moore and Issa Lish) wreaking havoc in the living room-all while sporting the designer's grunge-cool fall collection. Our invites must have gotten lost in the mail.

As the caption suggests, there's more to come. Since there are many more Wang campaign stars we didn't see in the first clip-like Zoey Kravitz, Tinashe, A$AP Ferg and more-expect to see them in the upcoming teasers. In the meantime, watch the fist clip below.

Original post, 9/6: Alexander Wang shared the first look of his fall 2016 campaign this morning, and once again the designer chose a lineup of cool, young stars. Among them are Kylie Jenner, Tyga, Zoe Kravitz, and Wang favorite Anna Ewers. The brand teased this season's ads with minimalistic Polaroid photos on Instagram, revealing 23 faces slated to appear in the campaign.

The cast is music-heavy, including rappers A$AP Ferg, Vince Staples, and Big Sean; producers Metro Boomin and Skrillex; and artists Tinashe, MØ, Alice Glass, Black Atlass and RL Grime. But other picks include unlikely stars like skateboarder Curren Caples and painter Lucien Smith. Joining Ewers in the model list are Binx Walton, Hanne Gaby, Issa Lish, Lexi Boling, Yana Bovenistier, and Alice Metza.

Wang has a history of featuring rising young figures in pop culture in his ads. Last season's campaign included artists like Aluna Francis of AlunaGeorge, rappers Vic Mensa and Travi$ Scott and model Kaia Gerber with Wang girls like Ewers, Walton and Gaby. The mixture of musicians and models-all evoking the brand's staple New-York-cool aesthetic-is reminiscent of Calvin Klein's ads, which included artists like Frank Ocean and Young Thug alongside models like Kate Moss and Bella Hadid.

The brand's Instagram doesn't reveal many details about the campaign, but it does promise that the full version is "coming soon." Tyga, however, who spoke to BAZAAR.com last week, spilled a few hints on what to expect: "It's gonna be a lot of video."
