What are the must-have fashions for autumn this year? Allow the Life Edit podcast to solve your style dilemmas.

This week, presenter Flic Everett chats to Yahoo's Shopping editor Sabrina to find out exactly what we should be buying to keep up with this season's trends, and stay warm.

Sabrina is looking for "the warmest coat I can find - I don't care what I look like, I just can't be cold," she admits, while Flic is dreaming of knee-high boots and chunky necklaces.

They unpack the concept of the Capsule Wardrobe and ask why we tend to buy the same things over and over again.

Sabrina reveals the latest catwalk looks to hit the high street, and Flic discovers why her skinny jeans are out of style - and what to wear instead.

Some of the wilder trends are examined - like hybrid boots, as seen at Prada. "A cross between a boot and a welly" says Sabrina.

"When I first saw them I thought 'how ridiculous' but then Marks and Spencer were doing them, and I ended up buying a pair...they are weird, clompy wellies. But practical!"

There's also tips on how to revamp your existing wardrobe, and why you should never chuck out a good piece - "It will always come back into fashion."

Flic looks at how to choose one item when you're being bombarded by options and Sabrina explores why cowboy chic is back in style - and how to wear it without looking like The Lone Ranger.
