Lindsey Vonn shared a new cheeky bikini pic on Instagram during her 36th birthday beach vacation.
The superstar skier showed off her seriously toned butt and back and made sure everyone knows it's "no filter."
Lindsey is retired, but her workouts are as intense as ever and she follows a clean diet with a delivery service.
Lindsey Vonn has kicked serious butt her whole career. She's the most decorated female alpine skier in the world—and most dominant American skier of all time. Now that she's settling into retirement, Lindsey's showing off her ass-ets off the slopes and on Instagram.
The Olympian's latest snap captures her enjoying a Bahamas birthday trip to celebrate her 36th birthday. Lindsey's wearing a bright red bikini, and the background is all kinds of sparkling turquoise water. But let's be honest, nobody is looking at that ocean—all eyes are on her seriously toned butt. (It's unfiltered and all muscle.)
If you can shift your gaze, her smirk is also a thing of beauty. Lindsey shared a bit more about what's going through her mind: "When I look in front of me sometimes I can’t believe how far I’ve come. Who knew ski racing and surgeries could bring me here. Thankful for everything I have; my love @subbanator, my family and my friends. Don’t forget to appreciate life because it’s short. Cheers to today! ❤️🙏🏻 #thankful #birthdaytrip #nofilter #hardworkpaysoff."
Clearly, Lindsey has kept up her hard work in the gym, or home gym, amid retirement. She shares tons of BTS workouts on Instagram stories. Turns out, she's a fan of sliders for lunges and lower-body moves as well as planks with resistance bands for at-home sweat seshes.
Lindsey took her vacay prep very seriously, working out with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson. She did cardio on Jacobs Ladder, leg presses, and more creative total-body moves.
Lindsey sticks to a strict diet, too. She and her fiancé, NHL hockey star P.K. Subban, work with celebrity nutritionist Phil Goglia (you've seen him on Revenge Body). They use a meal delivery service to keep their eats pretty clean. "P.K. is very strict with his diet because he's still competing, so I just tag along," she previously told Women's Health.
"If left to my own devices, I’d probably have mac and cheese and pasta and cereal," Lindsey adds. "I need everything to be laid out for me, otherwise I divert quickly."
All her hard work pays off, just like she said.
