If you've always wanted to know the secret to getting Lisa Rinna-level abs and butt, well, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 57, just spilled it in a clever Instagram post. And apparently, it's all about voting early for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as well as other Democratic candidates in local elections.

"So a lot of you have been asking about my diet and exercise routine: I start by voting as early as possible for #joebiden and #kamalaharris and all of the other democratic candidates," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 57, wrote next to a pic of herself looking strong AF in a brightly-colored sequin string bikini. "Then try @isaacboots Torch’d class which will tone dat ass so then you can kick some white supremacists a** cuz the president is racist."

Lisa also gave a shout-out to actress Zoe Kravitz for the inspiration, before writing "#VOTE."

JIC you missed it, Zoe wrote this on Instagram alongside a pic of herself posing next to an absentee ballot: "So. a lot of you have been asking me about my skin care routine: i start by voting as early as possible for #joebiden and #kamalaharris and all the other democratic candidates. then try some eye cream if you haven't been sleeping well because the president is a racist."

Btw, Lisa does actually do Torch’d classes. These classes, which are taught by celebrity trainer and choreographer Isaac Calpito (a.k.a. Isaac Boots), are "a vigorous flow of body resistance, dance conditioning, and intense targeted repetition to fire up and transform your body," according to the official Isaac Boots website. The workout is designed to burn fat and get people fit.

Lisa is also big on yoga. "Yoga has been my life savior for the 26 years I’ve been practicing now," she told Us Weekly. "Practicing yoga has been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat sane."

That’s not all. Lisa wrote on her website in 2015 that she also likes spinning. "I mix it up, usually doing something five-six days a week, but really, I just do it when I can," she said.

Oh, and she’s really into walking, too. "When I am traveling, I like to walk. I can walk and walk and walk for miles," she said on her website. "Sometimes, I will use the gym in my hotel but if I am in a big city like NYC, I just walk. The time flies by because there is always something exciting going on around me and before you know it, I’ve covered five miles."

On the food front, Lisa told People that she likes to eat mostly vegan. "I tend to call myself a dirty vegan," she said. "I’m mostly plant-based—but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it."

And, of course, she votes early and often.
