Love Island alum Molly-Mae has shared a video wherein she breaks down in tears while giving an update to fans following the birth of her daughter.

Molly-Mae gave birth to Bambi, whom she shares with boxer Tommy Fury, in January and promised fans that she would give them an update about how she is coping as a new mum.

Molly-Mae posted that update on YouTube in a video titled "The Truth" and in it she speaks openly and honestly about her recent days.

"I just feel like there is so much to say and there is so much to discuss and talk about, that I feel like I literally don’t even know where to start," Molly-Mae said in the video, explaining that she had actually filmed for two hours but just didn't feel like herself.

"I feel like I’m questioning everything I’m saying, I’m thinking, 'Oh my God, what are people going to think if I say that?' because I’m trying to be so transparent and so real about the last two months of my life but I’m also really scared to do that.

She continued: "I’ve just been trying to talk and nothing is coming out, I feel like what I’m saying isn’t making sense and my brain is jumbled and my brain just isn’t my brain anymore. I just don’t feel myself, you know?"

Molly-Mae went on to explain that she now feels "ready to come back" and wanted "more than anything" to bring her fans along for what is her journey. She also worried that she had "left it too long" to film a video following the very recent birth of Bambi.

However, she assured fans that she is confident that she's a good mother and is loving her new life as mum to baby Bambi.

"I don’t want to sound big-headed, but I think I’m a really good mum, and I think it has come so naturally to me to become Bambi’s mum – I am good at it and I’m proud of the mum I am to her."
