Maisie Williams Debuted Bubblegum Pink Hair

After eight seasons of dragons and drama, Maisie Williams is bidding farewell to Game of Thrones. As the show prepares for its 2019 return, Maisie has joined some of her fellow costars in a colorful sendoff for the series.

Maisie left her brunette roots behind, and debuted bubblegum pink hair on Instagram. Sharing a selfie to her Instagram Stories, the actor — who plays Arya Stark on the HBO series — posed with a smile, giving followers the first peek of her very light pink hair. Although she's made a change in hair color, she chose to keep her bangs, and showed off the shoulder-length style.

This marks the latest GoT beauty transformation. With filming on the show now wrapped, many of the stars have celebrated with significant style changes. Emilia Clarke debuted a pixie cut in September and Kit Harington cut his long Jon Snow locks.

Throughout her time on the HBO drama, Maisie has debuted a number of remarkable beauty looks. She's rarely departed from her brunette color — going a shade of chocolate brown in 2017 and a hue of mermaid-inspired teal in 2016.

Bubblegum pink strands have been a frequent fave among celebs. Emma Roberts sported a similar shade in April, Gigi Hadid was spotted in a neon pink wig on the runway, and Cardi B tried a hot pink wig in August.

If all this pink has you thinking of a change, you may want to consult with a stylist. It's easy to experiment, but it's best to consult with a professional regarding what dyes and products would work best for your hair. For a quick and easy change, you could try out temporary hair dye — like Overtone and Colorista from L'Oréal — that washes with shampooing.
