Kate Middleton is no stranger to a sartorial repeat, and, it looks like Meghan Markle is taking the princess's down-to-earth approach to dressing in stride.

On Saturday, Markle joined Prince Harry at the Invictus Games Reception wearing a breezy floral dress that seemingly marked the beginning of the spring season. The pleated Self-Portrait number's cheery green hue was offset by a polished Alexander McQueen blazer in black—the same jacket she wore to the Endeavor Fund Awards in February.

Jimmy Choo pumps and a gold-chain purse rounded out the royal-to-be's daytime look.

As she prepares to join the British royal family in less than a month, Markle must follow a host of strict fashion rules, from no black before nightfall to paying homage to a host country with her outfit. And, while, outfit recycling is not a must, it definitely falls in line with the current monarchy.

At the event, in honor of the upcoming games in Sydney in October, Meghan and Harry met with Australia's prime minister, Malcom Turnball, and his wife, Lucy, as well as servicemen and women who previously competed in the games. The Invictus Games was launched by Prince Harry for wounded veterans around the world in London four years ago.

Later today, the royal couple are set to attend the Queen's 92nd birthday party at Royal Albert Hall, where performers like Kylie Minogue, Sting, and Sir Tom Jones will perform.
